To enter without purchase, submit a handwritten card including:
- Full legal name
- WinCircle account email
- Province or territory of residence
- Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Draw date you are entering

Physical address will be confirmed before launch. Mail-in entries are accepted once the address is published.
Rules:
- 1 entry per envelope
- Maximum 2 envelopes per draw

- Entries are included in the same draw pool as paid tickets

Your total entries per draw cannot exceed 2.
- 1 paid ticket + 1 referral entry = 2 total

🎯 Skill-Testing Question
Winners must correctly answer a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic assistance before prize distribution.
Up to three attempts allowed.
