1. Eligibility

WinCircle is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence: 19 years of age or older in all provinces and territories, except 18 years of age or older in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. Void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Free entries have the same probability of winning as paid tickets. To enter without purchase, visit wincircle.ca/free-entry.
Maximum 2 entries per person per draw (paid and free combined).

3. How Pools Work

Each draw pools entry fees from all participants. 80% of the pool is paid to a single randomly selected winner; the remaining 20% is retained by WinCircle Technologies Inc. to cover operations, compliance, and platform costs.

4. Minimum Participants

A draw will only proceed if a minimum number of paid tickets are sold: 15 tickets for daily $1 draws and 30 tickets for the Sunday $10 draw. If the minimum is not met, every paid entry is automatically refunded to the original wallet within 24 hours — no exceptions.

5. Wallet & Top-Ups

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once funds have been used to purchase draw tickets. Unused wallet funds may be withdrawn via the withdrawal request system, subject to a minimum withdrawal of $20.00 CAD, processed via Interac e-Transfer within 1-3 business days. Top-up processing fees charged by payment processors are non-recoverable.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback against a confirmed WinCircle top-up will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the associated account. Outstanding balances may be forfeited and the chargeback will be disputed with the payment processor.

7. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian contest law, every winner must correctly answer a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic assistance before the prize is awarded. The winner has three attempts to answer correctly. Failure to answer correctly within three attempts forfeits the prize.

8. Prize Claim Window

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification by completing the skill-testing question via the claim link sent to the registered email address, or via the unclaimed prize banner in the dashboard. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days are forfeited and may be rolled into the next draw.

9. Responsible Gaming

WinCircle is committed to responsible gaming. Users may set monthly spending limits and self-exclusion periods via their account settings at any time.

10. Quebec — RACJ

Quebec residents: Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of this contest, or the awarding of a prize, may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) for a ruling. A resident of Quebec may also avail themselves of the consumer protection legislation of the Province of Quebec.

11. Privacy

WinCircle collects and uses personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and applicable provincial privacy laws including PIPA (Alberta and British Columbia) and Loi 25 (Quebec). See our Privacy Policy at wincircle.ca/privacy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. Community Levels & Rewards

Community Levels (Newcomer, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Legend I through V) are recognition features only and have no monetary value. Levels do not affect winning odds. All participants have equal odds regardless of community level.

Community Passes:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• Cannot be redeemed for money
• Valid only for Daily Draws
• Not valid for the Sunday Mega Draw
• Expire 90 days after being earned
• Count toward the maximum 2-entry limit per draw
• Are restored if a draw is cancelled
• May be modified or discontinued at any time at WinCircle's sole discretion without compensation

15. Streak System

A streak advances by 1 when a user records any eligible draw entry on a consecutive calendar day (Eastern Time).

Eligible entries: Daily Draw tickets, Sunday Mega tickets, Community Pass entries, referral entries, and mail-in entries.

Every 7 consecutive days earns 1 Community Pass (one free Daily entry).

Entries recorded after 8:00 PM ET count toward the following day's draw. Cancelled draws still count toward streaks. Missing a day resets the streak to zero. WinCircle reserves the right to adjust streak metrics during service interruptions.

16. Wallet & Withdrawal Policy

Playing Balance: Deposited funds and cancelled draw returns are credited to your Playing Balance. These funds are for contest participation only and are not directly withdrawable.

Withdrawable Balance: Prize winnings are credited to your Withdrawable Balance and may be withdrawn via Interac e-Transfer with a minimum of $20.00 CAD.

Both balances can be used to purchase draw tickets. Tickets are purchased using your Playing Balance first, then your Withdrawable Balance.

Account Closure: Users wishing to close their account with a remaining Playing Balance may contact support@wincircle.ca. A $5.00 CAD administrative fee applies. Remaining deposits will be refunded to the original payment method where technically feasible within 30 business days.

17. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning each draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that draw.

Odds are calculated as follows:

• Each entry represents one chance to win
• Example: if a draw receives 100 eligible entries, the odds of winning with a single entry are 1 in 100
• Example: if a draw receives 50 eligible entries, the odds of winning with a single entry are 1 in 50

All entry types have equal odds:

• Paid tickets ($1.00 Daily / $10.00 Sunday Mega)
• Community Pass entries
• Referral entries
• Mail-in entries

A purchase does not improve your odds beyond the number of entries purchased. The maximum number of entries per person per draw is 2.

Current odds for each draw may be displayed in real-time within the WinCircle platform and update automatically as new entries are received.

The odds of winning are dynamic and change with each new entry purchased or credited.
